Oh my, Napa Valley is treating us really well. The weather is perfect and we are enjoying long bike rides through the vineyard back roads. I'm trying to use this Spring Break to help me get in shape. When you are surrounded by beautiful scenery, going for a run or a bike ride is totally a treat. Inspired by our surroundings, I've come up with a refreshing mocktail. This White Grape Ginger Mocktail is crisp and just slightly sweet. It really tastes like your enjoying an indulgent treat. But, when made with Canada Dry TEN, it's full on flavor with only 10 calories.
White Grape Ginger Mocktail
Canada Dry TEN
white grape juice
frozen green grapes
fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced thin
ice
In a glass, drop a few frozen grapes. and then fill the glass with ice. Fill the glass 1/3 full of white grape juice and then top off with Canada Dry TEN. Skewer the ginger through a tooth pick and sit it in the drink.
When you've finished this thirst quenching drink, a little surprise waits for you at the bottom. Frozen grapes make a great cool sweet treat.
